Helping you get back to doing the things you love

Our Occupational Therapy services seek to help people live their life to the fullest through interventions that promote their health, helping them live better with injury, illness, or disability.

To start with the intervention, our occupational therapists will gather comprehensive data and information about your daily routines as well as request the chance of noting spontaneous performances when participating in various occupations to create a personalized plan of care for you.

Services indicated in the plan may include:

  • Evaluate and guide clients for daily living activities
  • Develop exercise programs to increase joint motion, strength, and flexibility
  • Instruction about joint protection and personal energy conservation
  • Evaluate home for safety and recommend changes
  • Training on the use of adaptive devices
  • Make recommendations to caregivers and family members, and provide training wherever necessary
  • Use special equipment to improve your well-being

Occupational therapy is also beneficial for individuals who have physical, developmental, social, or emotional limitations, including those with Alzheimer’s disease, COPD, depression, or Parkinson’s disease.
